About TACA

The Autism Community in Action (TACA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education, support, and resources to individuals and families affected by autism.

TACA merchandise sales support the organization's mission and programs.

Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, product information may occasionally contain errors or may change without notice.

TACA reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

All orders are subject to product availability. If TACA is unable to fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, the customer will be notified and the unavailable item will be refunded.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process and fulfill your purchase.

Prices and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

TACA reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or product errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

All merchandise sales are final except as described in our Return & Refund Policy or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
